Commission Plan

Up to 45% Commission Total Member Net Winloss

  • With the number of Total Active Players (actively playing on our platform), affiliates will be entitled to start earning commission.
  • Monthly commission rate (%) is determined based on the number of Total Member Net Winloss and Total Active Player; whichever requirement to be fulfilled first. Affiliates will remain at the lower tier of the commission rate for the following month until successfully fulfilling both requirements needed to move on to the following tier.
  • Negative revenue for any given month will be change to turnover mode to recover the agent losses. After deduct the turnover profit the losses balance will be carried forward to the following month.（Turnover calculation is only for negative income from player）
  • All affiliates are subjected to promotion bonus / rebate cost incurred during member acquisition. The cost will be deducted from the revenue by the end of the month.
  • These costs may include the following ：Promotion Bonuses, Transaction Fees & Royalty Fees.

Positive Revenue

Total Gross Revenue = USD 25,000
Member's Bonus Claim = USD 878
Transaction Fees = USD 241
Royalty Fees = USD 2,500


Commission = (Gross Revenue - Member Bonus-Transaction Fees -Royalty Fees）x Commission Rate%


(USD 25,000 - USD 878 - USD 241- USD 2,500）x 40% = USD 8,552.40 (Commission)


Negative Revenue

Total Gross Revenue = USD -25,000
Member's Bonus Claim = USD 878
Transaction Fees = USD 241 


Commission = （Gross Revenue - Members Bonus - Transaction Fees) x Commission rate %

(USD -25,000 - USD 878 - USD 241) x 40% = USD -10,447.60 (Carry forward to next month)


*Bonus For Negative Revenue
If negative revenue , the turnover commission will be calculated and rebate to the agent based on the total turnover of  negative revenue player . The commission will be returned to the agent to recover some losses . (turnover calculation is only count by the negative revenue member)

Commission = （Gross Revenue - Members Bonus - Transaction Fees) x Commission rate % + Turnover Commission Profit 

(USD -25,000 - USD 878 - USD 241) x 40% = USD -10,447.60 + USD 1,000

                                                                       = USD -9,447.60 (Total Only Carry forward to next month)

* Negative revenue for any given month will be carried forward to the following month.


  • Bonuses referring to rebates and bonus claimed by affiliate members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, rebates and other bonuses claimed by members.
  • Transaction fees are fees that come from deposit transactions and withdrawal of members which amount to 1.50% of the total member transactions.
  • The royalty fee is a platform fee which is 10% of the company's gross income.
